 Both hulls and decks undergo a meticulous coating process, starting with gel coating followed by a vinyl ester barrier coat sprayed onto all hulls to prevent osmotic blistering below the waterline.

 Additionally, capping knuckles and hull sides receive a gel coat treatment to enhance their appearance.
